Conference Fees


Binding registration for the conference takes place via the SMSTICKET service below on this page. For special cases/exceptions please contact the Conference Secretariat. If you are planning to become a sponsor please contact the Conference Secretariat in advance. Registration is valid only after payment of the registration fee. The deadline for registration and entry fee payment is 30th March 2027.


Basic Participation Fee

Virtual participation is not expected - discussions among colleagues from different countries make for valuable experience exchanges and may create new partnerships which is a vital part of this meeting. Therefore, we are only considering personal attendance.

Safety precautions

  • Entrance to the ÚJV Group premises is at the visitor ‘s own risk. ÚJV Group assumes no liability for damage of any kind occurring on the works premises.
  • Each visitor, including accompanying persons, is issued an access authorization badge and must be registered at the security checkpoint. Wear your badge so that it always remains clearly visible.
  • Entering Company premises under the influence of alcohol or any classified substance is prohibited. Furthermore, it is prohibited to bring in, be in possession of or consume alcoholic beverages or any narcotic or psychotropic substances on Company premises. A visitor can be randomly selected for an alcohol or drug test.
  • Filming or photographing on the works premises or the publishing of anything heard or seen is strictly prohibited.
  • Electronics including cell phones (switched on), weapons including knives are not allowed. Prohibited objects can be stored in the assigned area.
  • Participants of the excursion must wear appropriate footwear (solid shoes without heels).

The visitors has been informed about the processing of personal data (name, surname, DOB, ID number, address) for the purposes of unequivocal identification in the applications of ÚJV Group. Registration

Registration will be opened on September 1st 2026

Cancelation / Refund Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

Cancellation before 30th March 2027

20 % cancellation fee of the paid total amount + transaction fees for the SMS TICKET service and bank transfers.


Cancellation on 30th March 2027 and later

no refunds will be made.

Substitutions may be made at any time without an extra charge. If you wish to substitute a registered participant, please contact the Conference Secretariat at the earliest opportunity.

Force majeure intervention


In the event of a force majeure situation, organizer of AMALTO Conference 2027 reserves the right to alter or cancel the conference without prior notice, including any change of the time and/or venue of the conference. Any occurrence of force majeure event shall be communicated as soon as reasonably possible from the decision time. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of AMALTO Conference 2027 organizer, which prevents or impedes the realization of the conference. This includes but is not limited to, government action, war or hostilities, riot or civil commotion, plague or other epidemic such as SARS, COVID-19, bird flu, etc., earthquake, flood, hurricane, cyclone, fire or other natural physical disaster, explosion, accident or breakdown, strike, lack of the usual means of transportation or terrorism. AMALTO Conference 2027 organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, losses, expenditures or any other inconveniences or costs caused by such modification or cancellation of the conference. Unless provided otherwise by the applicable mandatory laws, the registration fees will be reimbursed in accordance with the AMALTO Conference 2027 conference cancelation policy.
