Panel sessions:
Conference team drafts questions for panel sessions, once agreed questions are shared with panelists to prepare their answers.
Panel moderators add the questions to a slide for their respective panel session, these questions are used to kick-off the panel session, (maximum half the time of the panel session should be used for these questions). There should be room in the panel session for the audience to ask more technical questions as well.
Summary:
Junior engineers can take notes from presentations and panel sessions and create summary which can be used for the conference closing speech and proceedings.
